NLIDB King

The king of NLIDB is here. It is guaranteed to be the best unsupervised NLIDB in the world. Handled the issues by doing some changes.

Using Pandas also allows to suggest alternate queries in case the highest one fails. I can also add sequence modeling using consolidated data stored in pandas. I think I can achieve more than 80 percent accuracy on query level. This will probably be a record.
