Was planning to start fitness program but don't seem have the mental energy left. back to eating and couch potato. hacking depletes all my mental as well as physical energy. Any change in my life I try to do is negated by hacking. These people should be held responsible for maximum damage. Fuck gym and fuck health. Back to old practices. and just like this I am going to suffer health issues for the next many months. hackers need to die for this.  I still maintain that the biggest damage to my life has been hacking. Nothing has caused more damage to my life than hacking.  I am going to file at least a billion dollar claim against the hackers along with jail terms. With every instance of hacking I will increase the amount. Bajaj unit is going to jail. 

16th Feb I have quit smoking;at least for the time being. The cravings remain. One of the advantages of sitting in a jungle is that you cannot fulfill your cravings that easily. Can't quit. 23rd Feb Have quit for sure. I cannot continue smoking if I want to keep my health. 15th March Not smoking requires a lot of will power.

I think laziness has got a lot to do with your mental state.

It depends. For me, this is the best way to live. The world is so screwed that the only way to live is without owning anything. My family will not let me live.

Narcissism at its best. IMO, it is more about narcissism and less about any utilitarian purpose.

I have developed a hostile view of poor and uneducated people. They are not trustworthy. I think most of the poor people are not good people. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you any chance they get. If you can't make an honest living, minimize your expenses. Don't steal stuff from others. I think these types of people are most impressed by monetary show off. Not to sound harsh but IMO, since they don't understand anything else, they only revere money. Nepalis are the most third class people I have seen in this world. Fucking ignoramuses. Uncivilized, uneducated, thieves without any moral fibre. Both the nepali women I had hired displayed signs of being a whore. They kept showing boobs and seducing me. I think women should also be bucketed in the same list. Fucking useless creatures.

Eating has got a lot to do with your state of mind. If you are aware and your mind is calm, you can control hunger.

Originality is lacking. It is depressing. We need to think more. We should feel free to express ourselves. Our answers should not be restricted to he said this, he said that. Why confine yourself to something that was said 100 years ago? Hasnt society undergone tremendous change? We know more things.

The mundaneness of the world makes me sick. I would rather be alone than live in this world surrounded by customs and people which dont make any sense to me. 

Do we act differently to seek attention? Or is it our naivete? Is it because we are not wise to the ways of the world? Is it our hubris which refuses to accept the brutal nature of this unforgiving life?  Do we mellow down with time? Hasn't society benefitted immensely from people who were different? Why this discrimination? Why the stigma?  Why do we restrain and punish people who think and act differently? Why are we so intolerant? Do different people impinge on our sense of aesthetics and threaten our long standing customs? Do they annoy us because they refuse to conform? Why should anyone have any liberty when we dont have any? Is life really a train track with miles of detour on derailing? Why does every generation thinks it is wiser than the next and intelligent than the previous generation? Different people should be ready to face the consequences. Dont expect a bed of roses. Society will not accept you and will try to bring you down. You have to become mntally ...

What good is money if you have been stripped of your dignity at every juncture of your life? What good can money do if every ounce of your being has been trounced and degraded?Can money heal you? IMO, escapism is moving away from a problem by immersing oneself in another activity. The reasons could be genuine or superficial depending on the viewer. IMO, the doer at some level believes that he is not indulging in escapism. To another person it might seem the opposite. It can happen because of different worldviews.

Ultimately things boil down to feeling good. If you can make somebody feel good, you can win them over. Advertisers appeal to this very factor. A lot of people exploit it for personal gains. This is a basic aspect of human nature.  There are certain tricks to making yourself and others feel good.
