Violent Tendencies Are Returning

I cant control it anymore. I will snap pretty soon. I dont know why but my violent tendencies are increasing. Frustration levels are increasing. I think I have reached saturation. Frustration and depression are becoming more frequent.

I cant trust anyone anymore.
