Definitely suing in International Court

I see no scenario where I won't sue these people in international court. I am going to claim a billion dollars in damages. My repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears. Now it is time for these people to suffer. 

Their antics are also asking for jail term. I am going to forego money and ask for a long jail term if your antics don't stop. 

I am not settling for any amount. You are going to go to jail.
