Hacking Remains Major Damage

Even till the end, these assholes are hacking. My main laptop won't even start  How am I supposed to finish off the tax work? Overall, I feel the real damage has been hacking. Nothing has damaged my life more than hacking and as such they should be sent to jail first. 

Don't   why they have to stoop so low as to not let my laptop start.
