Americans Have Given Chip Access To Horrible People

Americans have given chip access to horrible people. It might be some US, UK, and Indian people. Really horrible people. 

Need to go to proper legal authorities to sort this matter. There is no way out. These horrible people block my breath in the middle of the night, do disgusting things like projecting anal sex and all that. All this needs to be stopped now. Contacting legal authorities is the only way out.
