Tens of Millions of Dollars At Least

Climate change pe bhi kiya hai. My contributions are easily worth that much. The world will save trillions of dollars in DAC cost. Mai lack of capital ke kaaran nahi kar pa raha. 

The world owes this much at least. And make it asap. No point delaying it so much.
