Cooling As A Service + Water

 Cooling as a service by utilizing condensation heat. + getting distilled water as byproduct. This is a solid business model. I aim to implement this as soon as I get the capital. Distilled water will also be sold either directly or upgrading it to some other product. 

This is even better than BRR,
