On Skirts

Let me make it clear. I do not have anything against short skirts. Women should be free to wear what they want.
But if a person is not desensitized enough, they may feel a bit distracted. I guess people becoming desensitized is much better than demanding restrictions from women. One has to understand that biology is an important factor at play here. It isn't completely voluntary. For women, don't take offense if someone looks.It is biology. Some may enjoy the attention, some may feel uncomfortable. All part of biology.
