Main Damage is Hacking

Main Damage. Hackers need to be held liable. White people may have been supervising the ban but the real damage has been done by hacking. There is no scenario in which hackers go unpunished. 

The effects are not restricted to the particular instance. The psychological implications go way beyond it. When you are working with new things you can't be sure if it is hacking or something else. Right now I can't be sure if proxy thing is hacked or the issue is something else. Unnecessarily delays the work.
