The real culprit remains hacking. Could be they did not intend to cause so much damage but ended up causing way more damage than other enemies.

Let me sleep in peace. Why are you doing this? No point fudking my leg. It is very annoying.  It is better to introduce pain in some body part rather than fucking my leg with this annoying feeling.
