Ragnar Lothbrok waited till he was able to penetrate the French using his death antics. I think Ragnar wants to make a point. Ragnar is the king. 

Ragnar needs to leave me alone. I don't think Ragnar is going to leave me alone till he has made his point. 

Still harping on domain knowledge. I think he believes people don't have sufficient domain knowledge of what they are doing. I suspect oil spill. Rock is Norway cum elephant.
