Offer Stands

If workers share the risk, I am willing to share the profit. But only minimal profit sharing without risk sharing. 

Indian conditions are different. You don't have much margin in business. The population is so much that a lot of people are willing to undercut in pricing. This makes high margin difficult in low entry barrier businesses. If you don't have high margins, you can't give higher wages to people. 

This is why I work so hard to identify value. So I can increase my margins and give healthy wages. But healthy means 40 percent above minimum wages. Not 100 percent above minimum wages. There will be bonus component so it can become 75 percent above minimum wage. For higher share, total risk sharing needs to be done.This means potentially zero salary for some months. And possibly paying from pocket if the losses are higher. Don't think they will agree. 

I work my ass off for identifying value and bear all the risk. I should reap the rewards. Else there is no incentive for anyone to go out of their way. 

A person spends time learning things. How is he going to get paid for that time if they aren't taking a higher share from the profits? I am bearing all the risks of setting this up. It could have failed. There may not have been enough value to pursue it. But I persisted and identified value. I should reap the rewards. Not people with department store ideas or obstructing flue gas utilization. These people obstructed my work. Nothing else. No one helped me. Just tortured me and obstructed my work. So they should not benefit from me. Only such people can advocate communism. Because they themselves don't have the necessary knowledge or dedication to identify value and pursue it relentlessly at all costs. 

Workers start working right away. Owning means of production by workers cannot happen. It is unjust. It is for the weak. I have spent so much time in setting this up using my knowledge synthesized over years of reading, hardwork, and dedication. They were enjoying themselves or doing non productive ventures. 

Communism cannot work. Communism is for the weak. The uneducated mass following herd who cannot think for themselves. Communism will incentivise people to go mechazilla way.  People will get robots to get work done. 

My solution is the best. This will keep innovation alive by incentivising innovators while still giving the workers a fair wage. Workers can be given an option of sharing the risk for higher share of profits. 

If communism happens, I want to live in a separate society. Some islands should be alloted for like minded people. Kind of Atlas Shrugged. 

My physical health has dwindled due to the game. So I am not in a position to physically exert myself. I have severe back problems. I cant work online due to hacking. Can't test anything. so have to work offline. And I don't want ignorant workers challenging my authority so I don't want to hire just about anybody. My authority needs to be absolute. 100 percent. Women are responsible for destroying my life. They have been targetting me and destroying my life. 

Else, Atlas Shrugged has to happen right away. There is no other way.
