Firing Over Correcting Thing

People can harass me. But if they are proven wrong, they need to get slapped. We can work this way. They are not harassing to correct me. It is their ignorance because of which they cannot see the big picture. And in their ignorance they harass me. Don't understand that I have so many traumatic memories attached to it. 

Maybe I want to use the flue gas of rocket pipe for activation purposes. How would I redirect the wood gas without an elbow?   Or should I just let it loose in the bhatti where some of it can escape? Isn't it better to burn it more efficiently in the rocket pipe? How about higher efficiency, reduced cost, and environment friendly process? How about nitric acid? Can the workers understand this? No. I even try to explain my reasoning to them. Instead they assume that I am wrong and try to correct me. The pre-heating bricks thing didn't pan out because the pipe was too heavy to work and we didn't have sufficient pipe. I decided to look for lighter pipes but couldn't find in Sahibganj. Preheating bricks was not the main objective anyway. It was just something I found use of because I have the common sense of positional play. I knew that I can make use of this output in multiple ways. Activation gas, nitric acid, and light heating were some uses but I knew I can find more uses down the line. And finally found more uses in the form of carbon dioxide for aeroponics. And not using flue gas from that source as originally planned but flue gas from a different source. Can use it as well but the new method is more convenient to implement. All part of the game. Positional play ensures a high safety margin. 4 out of the 5 preidentified uses are in current use whereas one can be considered half (coz I can still use it). And one new high application use found. So net, I score 5.5/5. Even more considering the impact level. More than 100 percent utilization of the preplanned agenda. Uneducated people cannot understand this. That's why they are always been a followers. And will still remain followers. 

Pyrolysis using rocket pipe was to test rockets heating capabilities and realize more efficiencies, lesser pollution. I was able to do pyrolysis within 1.5 hours using insulation and side heating. Despite this I kept testing different ways to do it. All because of positional play. Sometimes things worked, sometimes not. All part of game. I did test rockets capabilities but in a different manner. By separately attaching charcoal to it.

The importance of solidfying positional play from where one can launch many tactical moves is lost upon most people. They just look for tactical moves whereas positional play will beat tactics almost always. If you are Stockfish you can fuck positional play and just play tactically. But humans cannot play like stockfish. So positional play becomes important. 

Cartons was also part of positional play. I wanted to see if elbows made from cartons work or not. Because nothing is available in Sahibganj. So I needed to develop capabilities for such things. I realised they need to be lined with something to handle the liquid.

I set the vision and agenda. Your job is to enforce it.  Akash couldn't get a simple distillation cap right. Leakages everywhere. These people cannot do the work assigned to them but keep challenging me. Tin may not have been the right choice for cap material but I would have moved to stainless steel or silicone after testing the design. But he couldn't even get this right. Am I supposed to check for every hole or is it his job? He got the cap made. He should have checked it. He couldn't even seal the tripal and stop water flow.  Due to this, couldn't assess heat exchanger capabilities. Then why has he got the authority to challenge me if he cannot correctly do the tasks assigned to him? Finish your work in the right manner and then come challenge me. That too in proper manner. I didn't blame him because he was new to this. But if you start fucking me, then I am not going to hold back. I called the plumber to fix the tripal issue and other workings but Akash began harassing me. 

Akash took fire and electricity too casually and I was not comfortable with this at all. Fucking stupidity all around. Destroying my life because of their misjudgements and ignorance. 

Akash thinks everything can be planned in one go. Doesn't realise the importance of positional play. The rod thing in activation pipe was not even part of the original plan. Noor should have made it equally spaced though. These things are part of business. Otherwise preplan everything using multiple experts. I am doing everything all alone.

There will be small mistakes along the way. The only thing is you shouldn't get the big picture wrong. Don't be wrong big. That is all that matters. Nothing else. 

And I am rarely ever wrong big. Probably never. People challenging my authority is not good for anyone. I need 100 percent authority to get meaningful work done. 

May be the objective was to prove to me that I am useless and workers do everything. Now that it has been proven otherwise, I will dictate terms. If this was not the agenda, then I will give already discussed fair salaries. But if this was the agenda, I will give lower salaries (just slightly above minimum wage) as part of revenge. 

Without apology, no one is allowed to use any of my ideas.  They have already benefitted from my misery to a significant extent. Not anymore. 

My guess is Ezekiel is manipulating everyone against me. He wants to kill me.
