What is Being Tested Now

Is my acumen of business being tested now? I accept defeat on my execution part. The concept is good but I could not execute it properly primarily due to hacking and harassment.plus I need a partner or investment  But I still accept defeat because I should have been able to do it despite the reasons listed above. Lack of capital is one of the prime reasons of my being in a jam. Otherwise it is one solid business. 

Is it still luck in BG being tested? Why don't you accept it as a mix of luck and some forensic accounting?
