WV Economics

Assuming 1 bamboo costs 110 rs. Transportation and others cost 20s. So net 130 rs. Weight of bamboo is 16 kg. From this at least 4.5 kg wood vinegar. So per kg WV is 29 rs..labour cost 10 rs per litre..sales and marketing another 20 rs. Packing 20 rs. Total : 87 rs. Fuel cost: free using solar or ,10 rs per ltr. Fuel will be less using heat recovery. Interest and Depreciation and rent: 10 rs: Total ~100 rs I can sell it for 180 rs..and I get 2 byproducts: syngas and carbon. Per litre WV 1 kg carbon so 25 rs. And 0.5 kg syngas. so it makes sense economically.  These are conservative estimates using fresh bamboo.activatrd carbon will give more. Per litre wood vinegar will be 100 rs margin+. 

Plant growth promoters are expensive. WV is fraction of cost. It is definitely a winner..but need to get it certified and other regulatory hurdles which will take time and funds hence to do after cheese and whey. Certified product is easy to sell. Anyone with capital should do this business. 

Plus the world needs organic..it is a high impact business as well. Another option is to recreate WV using chemicals. This will lose the organic certification but be useful. Cost will be similar. 

WV allows a reduced dependency on limited expensive agrichemicals. Mix with chemicals: 1:500. This will increase the sales significantly because all sprays will require mixing it. It will sell with every spray. This is jackpot..I keep telling everyone that WV is good business. Just need patience and some strategy. 

 I want to start cooling business and keep it as a side business. Wv business will suffer from transportation costs. Need cheap transport sources. Railways with rail agents are best. Transport costs of liquid via courier is high. This is the main damper. Can remove water to reduce transportation costs.  This business will also take time due to regulatory hurdles but is a decent business. 

Cooling is a better business. So want to pivot to it.. pursue cooling as the main business while keeping WV + carbon as side business.

I just need capital and a partner. It will take time but will eventually get sales. Sales will not be very high but decent enough for a good living. I will prefer to partner with a big company.
