On Neha

I think the Pune references are due to Neha. I may be guilty of subordination (not much though) but I dont think she was fit to lead a team especially in an environment as haphazard  as British Gas Business. 

I did a big favour for BGB by structuring their data and giving them visibility and this is the way they repay me.
