Beauty and Evolution

What does beauty have to do with evolutionary advantage?Is being beautiful only relevant in humans or is it relevant in other animals as well?

Maybe beauty conveys some underlying qualities which have an evolutionary advantage. But what could those qualities be?? Health seems a likely candidate.
