Kaam nahi karoonga manjoor hai but ab apne hisaab se hi karoonga.  Akash was fired on grounds of incompetence and I maintain it. Every time he mixed incorrect amount of water.  Did not extend the roof due to which it keeps falling. And countless other mistakes. I cannot even begin to make the list. And so many leaves. Took more than 15 leave in 2 month period.  I am not keeping such people. Only if they don't do mistakes. I should have fired him much earlier but didnt because he just had a son. Any ideas used will be tantamount to stealing. Akash also renegaded on the terms of employment. He agreed to live full time but declined later. Another major grounds for firing. Ab to hire nahi karoonga. Le liya ego pe. Jao jo karna hai kar lo. 

I have given a lot of leeway even at the expense of work. Now no more slack.  If you want to follow the rulebook, I am going to follow it to the letter T. Phir dekhte hai tere labor ki actual value kitni hai. 16000 chahiye na. Prove yourself worth it warna10k se jyaada nahi milega. And if to the T is not followed, direct firing. No warnings. Forget profit sharing. 

I know this much that this business wouldn't have existed without me, synergies could not have been found without me. Infact I was tortured for the rocket pipe CO2. We go to a jury and see it's validity. If I am proven right I will issue 1000 slaps to each member of your team. Every single member will be slapped till the top leadership. Else all the team involved including Ezekiel fired right away. These are the only two alternatives. Either the leadership and soldiers get slapped or everybody is fired right away. If this is not followed, you are just a bunch of thugs and nothing else. If I am wrong I will take 1000 slaps from each member. lets make it game of death. If any of my value proposition is wrong, I die. Else everyone else dies. Ezekiel the first. And I say any one single proposition that I have listed in an earlier post. Only GAME of DEATH is acceptable now. NOTHING ELSE. ALL PRUSON GUARDS TO DIE.

I am done explaining the importance of value. I don't want to deal with stupid people anymore. No need to work with me. I am not interested in your group. You work with icecream seller and cakemakers. If I work, I will go by the value creation route. The real thing that matters is value. Nothing else. I work 100 percent based on my way. The incompetence is so much that I can fire anyone I want anytime I want. I just make do somehow because I don't have  options for hiring. Otherwise I don't think I will find eligible people  here. 

Walter white is a useless fuck who doesn't care about justice but his agendas. It was in his interest to highlight the corruption angle. He is on the outskirts of his circle. Needs to stay relevant. Walter White is going to jail for abuse of authority.  Walter white has absolutely no idea of right and wrong. 

I still don't get it. If I don't need your money, why do you have the right to interfere in my work? Worker ko nahi samajh aata to chod ke chala jaaye. Koi jabardasti to hai nahi. Na hi tera randi mafia ka network chahiye. itni value hai ki Mai sell kar loonga khud hi. 

It is not going to work between us. I know it. Lets separate now. No need to make things ugly later. I cannot emphasise this anymore. Do things the wrong way and you only get livable income. Do it the right way and you get lifetime set income.

My way is finding the best way, the most optimum utilisation of resources. I am narcissist like that. If I am doing it, it has to be the best way possible given the constraints. It is the John D Rockfeller  way. You won't understand. Because you are a lowly servant. You were never a master. You think like a servant. You talk like a servant. Therefore by the duck rule, you are most probably a servant. 

And I know that output could have been more. But it was always labour trouble due to harassment.  

My observational skills are of no importance right now. It is trial and error right now. Plus too much depression due to brain chip and harassment.

Going forward I am either independent or team mechazilla. This is my final decision. It will not change. Not even with pussy dangling. I am not surprised you actually dangled it. Once again reiterating. I am not your team anymore. I don't want to associate with narrow minded people. I especially don't want to associate with women. There is no point interfering in my life. My enterprise or life is none of your concern.

If you want to invest in sahibganj you can do with other people. There is a scope in food processing. There is decent amount of agriculture in the outskirts. You can do mango processing and use each part. Essential oils you can extract from peels. Reuse leftover peels for biogas. Make mango butter from seeds. Pyrolyze the kernels. Use energy efficient techniques for processing. This area is mango belt. If you don't want to invest a lot, make aampapads using basic infrastructure. Else setup juice etc depending on budget. This is all I can offer you. An idea. Nothing more. I cannot work with people of your mentality. Haven't put in a lot of effort so giving the idea for free. This can make you a lot but phir bhi free mei diya. Tu bhi yaad rakhega. 

Onion garlic also you can process. A lot of it is water. Most of it is sent to Bengal for processing. You can do it here.  Process using solar and VC. And use remains for pyrolysis, biogas etc. Khush reh.
