Everything is extending the game beyond reason. 

In cheese, you buy milk for 250, add 7-10 rs labor, use solar to make chena and sell for 280-300 in bulk. Then you process the whey using vc and solar and also extract distilled water. Even if I sell it at 280 (can be 285 easy, the vendor sells it for 350 and gets no headache. At these prices, the volume will be fairly high), the margin will be at least 40-50 rs per kg after considering damage, waste etc. 30 rs at least in whey + distilled water, rest in chena products (paneer, sweets). I have identified so many uses of whey and distilled water. These are minimum margins. Solar items depreciation is negligible. VC will also run using DC solar power. Silicone vapour compressor will be very cheap. About 1/10th of the market price of regular VC. Because you need stainless steel in regular VC. The same benefits (non reactive and non corrosive) can be accorded by silicone at significantly lower prices. 

You can make many more products to increase your volumes. If you come to the retail side of it, you can get more creative and make higher margins. You can also start packaged stuff, ready to eat paneer products etc. Packaged stuff big companies are already doing so there is not much edge in competing with them in that space. There is always scope for more players in this space though. I don't want unnecessary competition. So I avoid it. 

Now the indirect benefit. So much climate benefit.  So much lost nutrition recovered. So much burning of fossil fuels avoided. Both energy security and food security addressed. All this is decent benefit to humanity. I am enabling small scale enterprises to compete with big companies. People get fresh food and not packaged food laced with preservatives. Pure water available at such low costs. 

All ths is real value creation which will payoff immediately. Not just something that may payoff in the future. All these innovations have helped me generate this much value. Teri chutiyapanyi bakchodi se value create nahi hoti hai. And you say you have more value. Tu sir khuja bas. Agreed that this is not a billion dollar business but still good enough to make a decent living. If I franchise it, it can turn into a multi million dollar enterprise. Franchising will include silicone VC, solar setup etc. 

You don't need much capital or investment for this. You can have this business for a license fee. I don't want to do this due to harassment. Plus I have found a better business. The carbon dioxide and wv mechanism for aeroponics will increase the yield significantly. I don't do aeroponics because if the worker harasses, I will lose a lot of money. In activated carbon and wv thing, I am relatively safe. 

I price it 2 ways. What it will cost the person or what the market is willing to pay? I am anyways considering the labour cost of the purchaser when pricing it wholesale. Again I don't do it because of harassment by women. 

Why should I share all the benefits with worker when all this value has been identified and generated by me and I am taking all the risk? I have sacrificed my short term joys for it. I dedicated my time and energy to it while others were enjoying time with their friends and families. Healthy capitalism dictates that I benefit from the risk I take. Else I will not take any risk and the world will stagnate.  At the grave risk of failure, I pursued these value identifying endeavours. If I am assured of no failure, workers share can be increased. We can make it a profit sharing enterprise.

Profit sharing can happen only if risk sharing happens. A worker should be prepared to go without a salary if there are losses. I dont mind. But will still need the lion's share for identifying all the value. Because of my dedication to value, I am utilising valuable resources that were going to waste and polluting the environment. I pursued it relentlessly. Mechanical engineering ka crash course ho gaya.  As long as the risk is borne by me, I will set the terms. Else there is no point doing anything. Operations can be done by anyone. Setting the pieces is the main thing.  For the whole thing exists because of it. 

Else worker will be paid a living wage of around 12000.  Government minimum wage including DA is 8500. Minimum wage is low because labors get heavily subsidied groceries from government. So this maybe the reason the government thinks 8500 is ok as minimum wage. I am offering about 40 percent more than minimum wage.  Also decent increments and performance bonuses. And you still want more? Then we are probably working for the workers. 

All of this is drama. Trial by combat and nothing else. Imagine the humiliation I would have had to endure if I did not find any value. These people would have humiliated me to death. A game of death and nothing else. Winner gets minimum 3 billion USD.  My death or your 3 billion USD or I go scot free immediately without any further harassment with 1 billion USD.
