Against Worker Rights Movement

Have experienced issues of this first hand. Say a person has taken on a debt and the worker goes on a leave because he feels so and you cannot fire him and replace him. 

Infact Anand said to me that if he takes leaves, only he suffers, not me. What about the interest accruing on the debt? This shows the mentality of workers. Workers dont have the necessary knowledge or business acumen to judge the issues of owners. 

Hire people who are flexible to fair terms. Not shitty people who simply want to assert rights and independence without understanding your issues. If a worker wants to be independent, he should start their own business. The level of entitlement is increasing, hence robots will be preferred.

I am not hiring anyone from this pool anymore. They destroy lives. More strict terms will be offered to newer employees. 

Gareebo ki suno, woh tumhari lootega. Tum 1 Paisa doge, woh 10 paisa lootega. 

Unnecessary delay due to worker rights. I could have finished the activation with pyrolysis yesterday but couldn't due to worker rights. As soon as I started the activation process, the worker started clamoring to leave. Now have to repeat the whole thing. This worker rights thing is total stupidity. Lose lose proposition. 

Everybody is going to lose in this setup. Workers are no good for business if they aren't flexible. It will be better to use robots. I will prefer robots anyday over humans. 

The real damage has been caused by the police and they will be held liable. 

This movement is totally misguided.
