For Nitpicker

Your WV collection concerns have been addressed. Now two pipes. One goes for activation. Another one to the burn area. Controlled by valves. One step easy activation. Everything tightened on threads.  All natural.

For activation, the gas goes into venturi,gets mixed, gets burnt at the start of kiln. Venturi ki equations to nahi hogi. Guess hi karna padega. 

Can add a hole somewhere in the pipes to collect the liquid. Liquid will drop while the gas keeps going to its intended target. 

Valves to be switched on off periodically to avoid overheating the carbon and to control amount of activating agent. Ab to tu nitpicking bhi nahi kar sakega. Ab tera khada kaise hoga??

Yeh sab ek baar hi change hota hai. Baar baar nahi. 

You are not alpha. I don't like to say it but you better come to terms with me as the top of the food chain. Abhi to bas testing ho rahi thi. Ab design final hua hai. 

I took some delayed decisions like getting the welding machine so late. But these things happen. 

Did you think of one step activation like this? Rotary kiln waali quality ke near about aa jaani chahiye. Rotary kiln to B grade carbon hi hota hai. 

This is till we don't get syngas processing. Then the gas will be stored in a container. Like in my first design. The only difference from first design is that will need a bigger and stronger metal container. My first design was good. Dipping in water is not bad as gases will still condense as the latent heat of the acid gases will evaporate the water and the solution will always be at or less than 100 C but the temperature gradient may not be enough so some water cooling along the path will do it good.  My initial design flaw was using a plastic drum and some plastic connection that too a small drum and not using water cooling along the path. Plastic cannot take on such heat. I can maximize the collection of wood vinegar using these. Syngas also stored along with it. 2 birds killed with one stone. Heat exchanger length is not a big deal. 

Ab welding karke new activation kiln ko bhi seal kar doonga. Ab aur ka koi problem nahi hoga. Waise to abhi bhi jyaada nahi hai. But I will say that activation kiln can be made without welding. There were some incorrect things which can now be fixed properly by welding.  I should have done this long ago. Some joy for the total anti tech team.
