Workers Right Movement Is Misguided

These people have no idea what they are doing. Doing random stuff. Anarchist type people. 

They will reduce everything to ashes..it will turn out to be a lose lose proposition in the end. 

You need to strike a balance. Getting work done is more important. We do want to breed a generation of pussies and entitled people. Workers should have flexibility. When things are set, things will be more predictable. For now, I need more flexibility from workers. Otherwise it is not going to work. 

You people and workers don't understand the challenges of setting up a new industry. I don't ask for a lot. If workers co-operate now, they will be handsomely rewarded later. If they go by the book, I also go by the book and pay just the salary.
