Food Processing

Bhai bahut kaam hain isme solar thermal, vapor compressors, cyclical economy use karke.

Basic business is buy when cheap due to glut, process it by drying using solar thermal or converting directly into a product (like tomato ketchup, pickles), and sell soups, packaged food etc later. You can pass some benefit to the farmer. Guarantee some minimum price. You can ensure that the people who worked hard for it get their dues. Not through charity but by optimizing things. This way you can protect the farmers as well as generate revenue for yourself. And practice end to end cyclical economy. Spoilage will be eliminated completely using this. These things are good for community based work. It is for the marginalized. Here knowledgeable and technical people can help the marginalized in the best way. Farmers etc don't know such things.

This is value creating. Community ke liye these things are best. Grass roots level work is needed. Revolution is not about getting caught up in a fervour and start doing crazy things like toxic worker rights. It is achieved better by realizing gaps and filling them. So many lives can be transformed and uplifted.

I currently don't do these things because of spoilage nature of the goods. If I were very fit or had people whom I could trust, I would have done it.

Nanny will be my liasion for this. She will coordinate everything.
