More On Value

Say someone cooks lunch for you. As per you, they should have a share in your life or business. But I can always order the same thing for say 3-4k a month from outside. So we can ascribe a tangible value to this service. If you want to be paid more or demand a share in my life or business, outside food guys will have to increase it substantially. Say they increase it to 15k. Then I will no choice but to increase your pay or do it myself. If I feel the pay is too much, I will do it myself using machines. I will buy a roti maker for 50k, and similar other machines which will reduce my time and effort significantly. 

This is value. Jisne kaam kiya uska funda to chutiyapa hai. Whoever brings value, whatever the way should be rewarded accordingly. Eventually people will do everything themselves using machines. Most of the work is not difficult to do. Most of the businesses dont really need workers if they optimize everything. They will have to scale down but it is better than going bankrupt, unnecessary stress, and a lot of other nuisance. 

I am not even talking about capital at risk. Just the value part. 

You will have to do mass scale unionising and stop the use of machines altogether for your revolution to succeed. Else the best you can ask for is fair terms as I have proposed earlier. Another option is to kill the owners and size the production setup. 

You keep up your nonsense and a lot of workers are going to be out of work pretty soon. I have sympathy for your cause, hence explaining it. 

Fucking stupid toxic people. 

Mere kaam mei koi interference nahi. Not keeping anyone. Not giving any shares.  Not entertaining any interference. You all can go fuck yourself if you find it unsatisfactory. 

This is risk free work. I can do it from anywhere. Perfect for nomads like me. Aisa bhi koi bahut bada bomb nahi hai jo itna mar raha hai. Glamour component zero hai.  Main thing is risk free and high margin. In my zone. What will you get by interfering in this? I can spend a decent life doing this. 

I don't even need anyone. This is the important thing. I can do it all alone. Will have to work hard but it can be managed.
