Fargo season 3 gives a good indication. They want to misappropriate stuff. Create excuses to do it. 

Character is named Emmit which is how English people would pronounce my name. 

I don't trust the mafia at all. I don't trust the union at all. Their motives and intentions are of inpure. Geared towards entitlement, misappropriation etc. They are both the arsonist and the fireman. First they will create problems and then offer solutions that are in favour of them. 

No one is going to hire people if this continues. People will prefer to do their own work. 

Zero percent doonga pathetic mafia ko. 
Not hiring even one person from mafia unit. All because of Ezekiel. Everything because of his arrogance.
