Worker Rights Stay Away From Me

Stay away from me. At max peripheral association. 

 Peripheral association is a win win proposition. In any other mode, it is a huge loss for me.

You cannot pay me. I can make 10 times the salary you can offer me without moving a finger for my business. And I mean that literally. If I sleep all day, I can make that much money. 

Your whole unit combined can barely create equal value compared to me. I mean your workers unit. 

I am not sacrificing my freedom. Forget about me. Move on.  Accept the win win proposition. Best for everyone. What I am offering is more than fair. 

You cannot win against me. This is not arrogance. I am just clearing the air. 

My offer is you act as counselling department for workers. I contribute a certain amount of money to your organization. You take care of the financial counselling, healthcare, and other similar issues. Most workers don't have access to these things. It is a big gap which needs to be filled. A lot of the issues can be solved if you fill this gap. But no unionising. This gives you a whole lot of power. With counselling feature you will have their ear, and will exercise a lot of control over them. If you misuse it, it can be disastrous for owners. Full transparency needed. In exchange you provide me with a fair trade type certificate. 

You can help them with all aspects of their life. This will propogate deep down. Workers are afraid to approach police or any government authority due to lack of knowledge. They are further abused by the system. You can help here. 

Greater profit sharing for workers who share the risk. If a worker forgoes their part of the salary or regular profit sharing, they can expect a higher profit sharing later on. 

This is something you should have come up with. Most of the workers problems are easily solved using this. Everyone wins in this scenario. But if you misuse your power, owners lose big time. Even a few instances of misuse will disintegrate this thing. 

I am not inclined to trust your organization. It could be corrupt, malicious, or anything else. My experience says you are not genuine people. But still taking a shot. Maybe I am too naive. 

But no hiring as per you. I hire based on what I am comfortable with. I run the whole thing. I will not hire anyone I don't feel comfortable with. 

This is the best I can do.

And one last thing. I need executions. No backsies. Not my desire but the level of authority abuse was much more than warranted.
