I will Accept

I will accept that there was deliberate gaslighting to alter my reality. That there was constant efforts to undermine my authority. That pushing the agenda of worker rights was their only goal and they were willing to sacrifice me for it. That work atrocities were inflicted on me despite knowing my precarious situation. That Ezekiel wanted to control everything. That this units whole management should be behind bars. That if such type of activity goes  unchecked, will lead to collapse of any productive activity. 

That I had to learn about an industry from scratch and I did it. That I have created the most value in this industry. That I am doing it better than everyone else in the world. That i issue an open challenge to the whole world if they can create more value than me in this industry. I set up everything from scratch. Making WV, distillation, how to remove any possible issues from it, carbon, iodine test and everything else. BTW, the school consultant gave me the wrong reference for iodine test. I had to correct that too. I have created billions in value. Does it matter how I spent my time? It is my process. This is why communism fails. Because there is no individuality left. 

 I had to learn all this from scratch because of hacking in finance. I had to start a whole career from scratch. And then challenges in this too. 

The prison is to blame for everything.

That Ezekiel tried to misguide me by saying this is a low margin work (2-3%) work. That Ezekiel induced a lot of pain in my body. All the time using brainchip. 

That I risk my life in creating value. I can die in the game if I make erroneous judgement. Despite that I do it. 

That I was fed up with worker atrocities. That i was being used as a testbed and demo for the world. That I was constantly sleep deprived.  That the worker was constantly lying to me and stealing from me. That the worker was unable to seal the kiln properly despite numerous chances. That the worker was probably incompetent.  That he disobeyed instructions because his head was filled with crap by the workers rights unit. That he couldn't learn to light a fire even after being specifically told how to because he was instructed by the Ezekiel unit to undermine me and establish his superiority. That he even tried to fool me and tried to convince me otherwise. All because of Ezekiel. All because of this toxic movement. Everything because of the stupidity of the worker rights management who think founders are stupid and everything is done by workers. 

That the intent of worker was to make a fool out of me. Constantly trying to undermine me and make a fool out of me  There are tens of occassions. I ignore it because the gaslighting is so much that if I start to care I will go mad. But it increases my stress nonetheless. That these people were willing to risk my life for a few laughs and their agenda. That he tried to con me even then by pointing in the wrong direction by saying the nozzle is faulty. Even laughing during that time.That the worker didn't even have any judgement ability on what to do when his instructions were limited and a new set of events unfolded. Why will anyone keep such people who don't have anything going for them? And now I am being forced to keep him.

The incident is regretful but no one is going to let such matters pass. I had already let so many matters pass. This was not something that could be ignored. 

Ask sharmaji if he didn't return money anytime. The worker was lying through his teeth all the time. Just to con me, trick me, fool me. Regular holidays. Didn't return money properly at the end of day. All grounds for firing. All stress increasing activities. Even overused the Vishnu account. Deliberately asking for money at irregular intervals so as to con me later. Deliberately making up lies to ask for money. Can't even stick to a weekly schedule. All this depicts malice. Intent was malicious from the beginning. All the time. His friends will testify to it. It was clear case of conning me and stealing from me. Or making a fool out of me for their agendas. 

After termination, deliberately saying cut 4 holidays. Kept repeating it. All this was to fool me. All because of toxic movement. 

Challenging me without having the slightest idea of the thing. He behaved like a fool on so many times. He doesn't know positive and negative in DC and starts correcting me when I do the wiring. I ignored it as childish behaviour. Didn't hurt his feelings. Could have gone the other way but didn't want to discourage participation so ignored it. Didn't make him feel stupid or small anytime.  Always encouraged participation. If I was an oppressor, I could have undermined him at all these instances. Even though I knew his real intentions were to undermine me, I ignored it. 

The movement has to take the blame for everything. It is pure atrocity. No one (especially struggling entrepreneurs) will hire such guys. I am not touching these guys with a 10 feet pole. No more.these guys can only work in well defined establishments where someone else can pick up the slack or the absence doesn't matter. Not one two people units.

 People who come as they wish, give unnecessay stress are not welcome anywhere. People want to do a full time business. Not run a part time half hearted business or a welfare center. No one wants to give loss. The movement will make people bankrupt. They will demand their entitlement without as much as caring about bankruptcy of the employer. To keep such people, you need to have solid funding or should be prepared to go bankrupt. Small entrepreneurs stand no chance. They are doomed. I suspect other ulterior motives were at play. 

The movement is the real enemy. It is way too toxic. It will destroy everything good in the world. Some part of the worker rights management should be fired.  Else this movement in too much trouble already. 

The toxicity of the movement is the real villain. The misguided set of values is the real villain. People understand fair and reasonable. These people are not that. 

The union is the villain. They have not experienced work place oppression. I could have undermined him every day, every moment. Everyday I could have made him feel stupid and small if I wished to. It is not difficult for me. I just don't do it. It doesn't feel good. 

I am all for fairness and equal opportunities. Equality is not possible. The whole concept of equality is wrong. Not well thought out. The inequality can be reduced (through proper means like closing loopholes, giving equal opportunities. Not the worker rights management way of creating anarchy. Their way will lead to a lot of conflicts and lose lose situations.) so that people don't suffer unnecessarily. They get their dues. That is the best that can be done. Anyone harping on equality doesn't understand human nature. 

What they term as oppression is not receiving the entitlement they think they are entitled to. They need to define who is an oppresor by their standards. If they make it clear, a better harmony can be established. Otherwise there will be conflicts.  Release a guideline. The matter is too subjective. Everyone will have different interpretations of oppresor. How do I know you are not the oppressor? More importantly, how do you know you are not the oppressor? Maybe you are the oppressor. From my POV, where I may face business bankruptcy, have to let go of many orders (I had many orders. Couldn't be fulfilled due to your antics. Lost current revenue, lost future revenue) because of antics and whimsical behaviour, you are the oppressor. You are an oppressor without any doubt. You are an oppressor who is smothering small businesses to further your own agenda. You are an oppresor who is inducing a lot of body pain and sleep deprivation due to your misguided beliefs.  The worker deliberately destroyed my stuff. The arc lighter and other things due to which I have to take more risks. Who is oppressed?  At every step you people created obstacles. Will you claim responsibility for your misguided course of action? Why are your beliefs better than mine? What gives you a higher moral ground? Your beliefs are the oppressor. 

Subjectivity. 

Without fully articulating everything to the last detail, it will be considered highly subjective and not implementable.  Issue clear guidelines that these behaviours are considered oppressive. And business owners will issue clear guidelines on what they consider oppressive behaviour by workers. Oppression happens at both ends. Eliminate all subjectivity. 

Ultimately I created much more value using my methods which you so hard tried to prevent. I created much more good in the world. I created solutions for climate change which has become so much of a problem. And what did you do? Established an entitlement culture. You are the oppressor. Not me. Your beliefs and methods are the oppressor. You are wrong. You think you are right but you are 100 percent wrong. Your whole philosophy is flawed. You are a planet destroyer whereas I am a planet saviour. I will leave the world a better place than I found it. You will do the opposite. You can be replaced by exoskeletons. You are an epitome of entitlement. Nothing else. 

And I am going to let others know about exoskeletons because of extra harassment. So that nobody is held hostage by people like you. This is the beginning of end of Mafia. No small business owner or struggling entrepreneur should suffer due to people like you. I will rent them exoskeletons for very cheap. So anytime you guys start your antics, exoskeletons will come to their rescue. 

You got it audited by all the doctors. Did you find anything wrong with my work? Initially it took time. But now things are inline. I am taking this work to the next level. If I didn't know what I was talking about and kept ordering around, you could have said I was an oppresor. Despite me knowing much more, I let them have their say and allow them to implement their ideas. I make them feel valuable. It is another matter they are not good enough. 

I am done explaining. I don't believe I killed the guy. It was the other way around. I am on the verge of bankruptcy because of hacking and worker rights. And these people think I have time to play games for their agendas. Fucking morons. 

it has somehow become fashionable to be ignorant. You should take pride in it. People don't like nerds but last I checked  nerds are on top of the world. I agree that people should learn from experiences and not rely on books alone. That common sense is probably the most important factor. But to crucify the person who doesn't share your opinion is not right. To term him as oppresor just because he understands that it is not possible to learn from trial and error because there are too many variables is not right.  Times change, things change, work changes, the complexity of work changes. You can't go around applying traditional solutions to everything. Traditional solutions solve a lot of problem but not everything. There are new problems which are better addressed by new means. Perhaps Ezekiel has forgotten that change is the only thing that is constant. 

Do you ever feel I do unnecessary complications. Only what is needed. I don't do stupid things. 

I don't need you. I don't need anyone. Leave me alone. I will get an exoskeleton if further harassed. Eliminate all need of worker.
