The Root Of The Problem

You can't expect 5th pass people to have sufficient base to apply common sense in technical aspects. For that you need to be extra smart. Extra smart can overcome education barriers. But such people are not easy to find.  Ezekiels workers were not even smart. Leave extra smart. They were normal types. And with their head filled with crap by Ezekiel, they are of no use to me. If they did not have their head filled with crap and were instead open minded, they would have been useful. 

There were only a few instances of good thinking. Not enough to justify tolerating the whimsies. 

Knowledge + smarts = good solution. Or extra smart = good solution.  

10th or 12th pass people can have some base to apply smartness.
