Again Explaining

I have sympathy for your cause. But I don't want to become a victim of your cause. You may believe me or not but there will be very few entrepreneurs who will want to engage on the terms I have endured. 

Try this: send them to another struggling entrepreneur. Do the same thing you did to me. See what he does after a few months. Try 5-6 struggling entrepreneurs. Ones who don't have any other worker. You will find out for yourself. 

Send to fair people. I know here workers dont get their due. But fair people will understand. Make sure they are struggling entrepreneurs. They won't have a backhistory as long as me. No one will. But still do it. I will give you that as a concession. 

This experiment will be good for everyone. You will get to know the ground truth. You don't have to take my word for it. 

The only way you is to make workers understand how much of background work goes into it. They will be able to better empathise with my situation. Otherwise they think I am not doing anything.

Everyone is making carbon. You want to be the best. Aise hi nahi banega. If I had to do generic work, I would have gone for a rotary kiln. Do what everyone else is doing. There is a big difference between entrepreneur and business. Entrepreneur has a lot more automatic stress than a businessman. It comes with the package. They don't need others to add unnecessary stress. Stress of failure is one the biggest stress. What if I don't find enough value? How to find value? I am on auto mode. Find value. Keep finding value. As much as possible. All the time. Right now I am reading organic chemistry to better understand carbon. So that I can make better activated carbon and related products. All part of process. I cannot expect a consultant to be so committed. It has to be done by me. I don't know how much will I use it (pore structure, functional groups, doping etc.). But I still have to do it anyway because it is likely to be of use to me. Things which are not on internet. Things which a consultant will not be able to link because they don't have the big picture like me. Only I can do all that. 

You won't get it. You think only what workers do is important. Without value, what good is any work? 

Entrepreneurship is not just work. It is kind of your whole life. 

I cannot explain more. You sleep deprive me so much that I don't feel like reading.  Till you continue sleep deprivation, I am going to be unproductive. Nothing can be done about it. Only when it stops, can real work begin.
