Bhai Sone De
Koi productivity nahi aayegi if I am not allowed to sleep.
Why is this still continuing? Kaam nahi doonga at any cost. Fucking horrible people. Have no shame. Despite putting me through so much, still want this.
Do you wake me up in the middle of the night so as to extract more work from me? Then your horror knows no bounds.
Why is it so hard for you to fathom that this is the best work for me? I have made everything. I will use consultants to arrive at the final solution so that the safety and quality of the product is guaranteed. Why still bother me? Haven't you had enough of torturing me?
Bhai kitne kaam hai. Why this? Why not others? Food processing is best for worker rights. There is some but not much value add by others. Workers will get their due. It will reduce inefficiently in the system. This is where grass roots movements can work well. You have a platform. You can leverage it to optimize the whole chain of food processing. That inefficient food chain is the reason of so many problems in the world. It needs the most work. Once done, there will be much less inequality and a more fair world.
Instead you have your eyes set on fat margins. I suspect your intentions are not right. If you really want to improve the lives of people, work on getting rid of inefficiencies in the food chain.
Perfect for disruption. Small scale industries will outperform large industries in this sector. Focus all your energies on that.
I can't believe you people still can't see it. Think about it more. I have listed a lot of things.
I have told you I won't become an employee in my business. If you want it, we can come to some arrangement. It will be fair but it will be mine.
Focus on food processing. Unlock a lot of value by realizing synergies and optimizing. Focus on farms. Those people need you more than workers. You won't believe the level of inefficiency. So much work can be done. So many lives can be improved. They have limited knowledge of all the opportunities (not discounting their knowledge but no point sugarcoating), governments dont do much. Real movement is needed in that area.
Just think of cheese and vapor compressors. If there is access to small scale vapor compressors, so much more value can be unlocked, wastage reduced, environment saved, lives improved. You can even do community based operation. Use silicone vapor compressors. Just one small vapor compressor can make a huge difference. The farmer doesn't need to transport whole milk. He/or someone else can directly transport the cheese. Everybody wins including the environment.
And vapor compressors can be used in a lot of food processing work. I see people spending so much unnecessary fuel in filtering juices. I have seen all this first hand.
The key insights is: Food processing often doesn't require very sophisticated infrastructure. It can be done using small scale stuff if you have enough creativity. Big companies have limited edge. Infact they are at a disadvantage because of all the inefficiencies in the supply chain. If you optimize it, you can easily outperform big companies. The only edge big companies have is more assured quality. If you can impart proper training, quality won't be an issue at grass roots as well. Use solar thermal for canning, preserving, drying etc. Quality issue solved as well.
Simple things like making ketchup/ tomato sauce when price is low or there is a spoilage risk. Doesn't require fancy equipment. Anyone can do it. You can give them basic training to maintain quality.
You can also have distributed model. Some processing done at some place, some at others depending on sophistication required. But a lot of food processing can be done in small centers with basic training and minimal infrastructure.
The retail price of food items increases due to spoilage. Work on reducing it by giving them proper tools and knowledge. Maximum utilization of byproducts (peels, seeds etc.).
Stop burning things like prali. Do solar pyrolysis of prali on mobile vans. Pyrolyse all farm waste using mobile solar thermal vans.
Use solar thermal + vapor compressor + WV + byproducts + reduce spoilage + value added products + more
I have just scratched the surface. There are countless ways to improve lives.
I suspect it is more about your interests than truly enabling people. You want fat margins without putting in the work. You don't think win win.
People need you there. Not here. You have a direct retail network as well. Leverage it.
I am telling you all this even though it will likely hamper my prospects. But it was never about greed. Freedom is more important. i can partner with someone and monetise it. But still giving because I believe that people should not suffer unnecessarily. I can prepare more comprehensive insights.
Why the opportunity exists is usually one of my first questions. Is it too good to be true? Is it worth it or not? I have listed some of the insights above.
Do you want money or are you genuinely interested in improving the lives of people?
I can't believe I have to tell you these things. Get off my back. Leave me alone. Carbon is totally mine. I have developed it from scratch. This is the most suitable work for me given the low risk nature.
Dekh Ganga restaurant and related activities maine bola na ki nahi karoonga. Even though it is fancy and glamorous. But not suitable for me. Little value add from my end apart from the idea. Risky for me as a lot of dependence on others. Return on time is low. But good for mafia group. Poora beach develop kar sakte ho. I don't even want anything for the idea. All yours. I won't levy illegal spying on this one.
Carbon is perfect for me. High return on time. High return on investment as well. All value add is mine. Marries a lot of my interests. I feel a higher purpose as well. One of the biggest plus is low risk. Don't fight me on that. We can come to some arrangement that benefits everyone. Win win can be found. But it will be mine.
There is really no glamour in the carbon business. Why fight so much?
And let me sleep properly. I can't function properly without it.
