Again

Why I do this? Honestly don't want to do this after you have put me through so much. Tortured me so much. I can always get workers on daily basis once or twice a month. Rest can do everything myself. Really don't need a permanent worker. 

 If my terms are met, then will think about it. This is just thinking. No commitment. Anything will be decided after 2 months.  My terms are:

1. I will not be an employee. We can work out some arrangement to come at a win win. Many win win fair arrangements can be found. 

2. I will not take unnecessary stress. There are too many variables for an entrepreneur. Random behaviour by employees doesn't help. 

3. No more anarchy. I don't want to have to watch my back all the time. My instructions should not be treated lightly. I put a lot of work into them. Otherwise, I cannot work properly. 

4. No hacking. 

5. No communism threats. 

6. Value is most important. Anyone who ignores it will fail. I will work where I can generate the most value. 

7. No union baazi.

8. No more testing me. Especially ones which put life at risk. 

9. I don't mind paying higher wages. Just don't give me stress. I have too much on my plate. You may not feel like it. Too much to innovate. Too much to test. This whole field is almost a blank slate. Industries need to be disrupted. Right now not working at full capacity due to extreme sleep deprivation. 

10. No entitled behaviour. You are entitled to basic human dignity. Nothing else. You prove your value, you will get commensurate payment. There will be no exploitation. 

All conditions are reasonable. Honestly I am still skeptical. Don't make me regret offering this chance. You all be a good boy this time. 

Else: 

I don't need people. I can do everything myself. Final hai. Mera business fail ho ya nahi usse kisi ko pharak nahi padna chahiye. 

Mai koi banda nahi rakhoonga at any cost. Mere paas kaam nahi hai itna. I can do everything myself. I am happy with a small business. Your model is mainly social service. Not interested. I can and will help people voluntarily. Not as an obligation. 

I am happy doing a small business. I will not take unnecessary stress. Money is secondary. 

I don't change my mind. There is no point harping on about this. Final hai. Meri taraf se na hai. You find another guy to be your sacrificial lamb. 

Yiu can keep up the sleep deprivation. I will not break. 

I have offered to help externally. You can take it up or leave it. It is up to you. We are past the trust stage. I don't trust anyone anymore. You can change your colors anytime. 

I will help wherever possible. Dont worry about that. You know I am not a hypocrite. Just let me know how you need it. 

I can offer peripheral association model. 

All this because I feel some aspects of your movement are justified.
