Carbon Work Under Investigation

The carbon work has gone under final review. Currently under investigation. To be determined if I am doing fraud or not. If I possess sufficient knowledge to proceed or not. 

I guess they will decide on giving a clean chit or not. I don't think there is any reason to block my clean chit. I have laid out all plans to do in the best possible manner.  No one can do it better than me. 

I have been asked not to proceed without further communication. Can't be sure because it was sleep communication. But most likely it was to stop. But should I heed it? They can always go back on their word. 

All along I kept doing something constructive because I didn't want to rely on handouts or depend on my father. Based on that I should continue. But sleep deprivation is still not over. I am feeling a little better today. So may do something today.
