Electricity is crazy expensive. And cazy intermittent. This is not west where we have 24 hours of electricity. Sometimes continuous 10 hours electricity cut happens. A lot of heating elements will react with gases used/produced during activation. I have already checked heating element.  I tested the heated element on solar.  Flue gas byproduct bhi nahi milega. Ruled it out because of the above reasons.

Given your antics, you wouldnt hesitate from cutting the electricity right in the middle of activation. I will be left with my dick hanging while you have fun at my expense. 

And you want me to pay 15000 to workers. From where? By printing money? 

Min 2 rs per MJ electricity will cost. 3.6 MJ  = 1 unit = 7 rs.  This is assuming 100 percent conversion. Wood gives 18 MJ for 5 rs. Assuming 80-90 percent conversion with my tricks. It will cost less than 30 paise per MJ. When i use the flue gas for nitric acid and carbon dioxide, it will pay me net apart from making heat free. I also get wood ash for potash and liming agent. I did not anticipate so many challenges in heating using wood. I did not anticipate shoddy welding work. In hindsight, electricity would have been a better solution to make the product quicker. But not an economical long term solution. If I had known about the problems earlier, I would have at least used electricity as a supplemental source in the short term. Doing that now anyways. For now, electricity to be used as supplemental heating. 

Forgot to mention that I have only 3 KV connection at home. This will be of some use but not very strong. 

Eventually everything will be shifted to solar thermal. Solar thermal is the cheapest, most environment friendly method. There is nothing better than solar thermal for heating purposes. I tried solar thermal but the weather harassers had other things in mind. 

I cannot determine the heat exchanger size right now because there are too many variables. The whole thing is better done after observing. Because otherwise too much knowledge and calculation is required. No point going full nerd. Have too much on my plate.

Copper mei copper oxide ban ke copper acetate ban sakta hai. Iron waise hi bahut reactive hota hai. So many things to consider. Stainless steel or something else may be more suitable. But don't want to go about spending on these things before getting a confirmation. Converting to electricity using turbine is also an option. An expert can clear these up in an hour. I will need to do hundred hours of research to feel confident that this is the optimal solution.  That is why I insist on consulting and testing the product. Not comfortable selling otherwise.
