Island Business

Buy an island and develop it. 

Use my vertical farming innovations to grow food and other supplies. Redistribution of lighting, biogas, and mushrooms. Other innovations are minor but useful. 

Use renewables (solar, wind, biogas, ocean) for power and other energy requirements.  Tidal and ocean wave energy should be plenty. You can also use dimethyl ether or methanol. 

Water distillation using solar stills and vapor compressors.

Then rent or sell end to end managed cottages. You supply/manage everything. Food, water, electricity, other things. Most of it you can produce yourself in vertical farms. 

Do the activated carbon thing. Use WV for vertical farming, dimethyl ether for transportation fuel. Internal combustion engines can run on dimethyl ether. Methanol can also be used to some extent. Some modifications may be required. 

Build supercapacitors (using activated carbon) on the island and charge it using renewables. Use it to power motor boats and night time electricity. The cost to make supercapacitors will not be much. 

Even extremely remote islands can be made self sustaining  using these methods. You can buy remote islands for very cheap.  A lot of people who don't need to go to mainland regularly can live there if it doesn't cost them arm and leg for basic amenities. Even if they are willing to pay an arm and a leg, you can make much higher returns if you do things locally.  Everything 100 percent fresh and natural. So peaceful. Never have such luxuries been so sustainable and affordable. Affordable thing depends on business model. You can keep it expensive as well. But your margins are sure to be higher.  

High levels of cyclical economy as usual. 

Billion dollar business idea hai. Game changed once again. 

Risk of water level rising due to climate change. 

Perfect thing for rebel unit. They can create their utopia in such places. 

I don't need to do anything in my life anymore. I have created so much value that I should be able to do whatever I desire. 

Remotest places in the world can be inhabited. We just need the sun. 

A fitting tribute to my sufferings and efforts is I get an uninhabited island, make it habitable, and become its king. People like nanny to serve me. Ezekiel to serve under me. I will give you a high post Ezekiel, don't worry.  

This can serve as a model island for future development. Can also be used for any remote development where there is sun.
