Absolutely no doubt that hackers are the real damage. Liable for 100 million USD now. Any meter hacking increases it by a million dollars for every instance. 

Most of the hacking is due to professional jealousy. But people are being lied to and fooled.
 
And meter hacking is not based on last time results. It uses the property of charcoal burning around 350-400 C (some burn at higher temperature). Hackers are.the real damage. Kill all hackers. Fucking scum of earth. Useless fucks.
