More Stringent Employee Rules

Anand's performance is not satisfactory. Not very bad but needs to be improved.  This will not be tolerated going forward.telling right now because you will shout worker rights later. Will not fire unnecessarily. 

Gutka privileges gone from tomorrow. Strict ban. No guthka at workplace. My workplace, my rules. Guthka is anyways not suitable for workplace. 

Hero Banna hai aur logo ko chutiya banana hai to kahin aur banao. Yahan koi kaam nahi hai. This will happen to everyone taking advantage of my trusting nature. Eventually only robots. All due to the harassment endured during the game. 

They can have their fun. I will have mine. 

Negativity will breed more negativity.
