The Future is Robots

Communism is rearing it's ugly head. The future is robots. Don't hire any workers. Use robots. Workers will have to come up with own ideas and implement them. I will definitely use robots as soon as they are available. Mechazilla is right. 

I will terminate all human relationships and just keep robots. This may have been Ezekiel's plan all along. Torture someone and force them to consider robots so that mechazilla wins. 

When you embolden someone who knows nothing, you hamper work. Walter white is not a very smart person. Every case is different. My case in BG is different from the case here. Here it is apples and oranges. Here people don't know basic science. And things are very technical in nature in my work. You can't arrive at a solution by just using trial and error. Trial and error has to be based on scientific facts. 

No one here understands the complete combustion thing of rocket heaters. Why it works so well, how can its application be extended etc. How is such a person supposed to come up with an optimal solution? People have an objection to insulation. Try maintaining a temperature of 900 C without insulation. If you don't understand heat generating and heat travel mechanisms, how will you build a system to reach 900C. Do you think 900 C is easy in an oxygen less environment on such a tiny budget? None of the mistris including rajmistris know basic things such as Pythagoras theorem. And communists say these people should own means of production. Good luck with that. 

If you talk with them for 5 minutes, you wil realise that they cannot be trusted to make decisions. The thought process is not scientific. I still encourage them by explaining things so that they make fewer errors. Even ask for their inputs despite knowing they will not come up with the right solution to make them feel more involved and included. And if they create a hostile work environment, I repay the favor and then I am called a horrible person. 

I may not have advanced science degrees. But I know decent amount of science. I still hear them out as common courtesy. But it the harassment continues, I will use robots.
