Happy to keep it small. I remain the founder and CEO. Preferably owner. Can share it if my vision is not challenged. I don't want to be CEO (too much micromanaging is required which I usually don't like to do) but I don't trust others to execute the vision.
People make fun about the vision thing. But I typically don't do things for just money. The fun of setting the pieces on the chess board is unparalleled. Deriving maximum value is fun in its own kind of way. I guess these things trigger the same neural pathways that other fun activities do.
From my current situation, it may seem I am micromanaging. But there isn't an option right now because everything is raw and new and workers are very inexperienced in this field. Otherwise I am very delegating kind of person. I like to delegate as much as possible and prefer focusing on the big picture. This is what I truly enjoy and perhaps excel at as well.
My family should do their own carbon segments if they want. I will not interfere in that. I can provide lower priced carbon.
I won't have the geographical reach to realize synergies. So partners can step in there. This is a win win for everyone.
