Prison Liable For Billons

The whole Gupta and prison is liable for billions. Continued harassment is causing the fine to increase. Each entry is causing a billion dollars now. I had warned before. 

Extra fine has been levied for extra discrediting attempts at the final stages. Abuse of authority by prison guards. 

5 billion USD is the floor.  The game has been extended unnecessarily. So the fine has gone up proportionately.
