Why Are People Stuck in Poverty?

I have gained a better understanding of why people are not able to get out of poverty. 

They are not willing to take small risks. They dont want to do business. They are not wise about money. They don't try to build incomes. And a very significant reason is they are always short of funds.  I guess most of them don't want to do independent thinking. 

Small business is the easiest way out of poverty. 

It is not just fate. Even if given opportunities, most of them will squander it. 

Rich Dad poor Dad will be a good read for such people. 

My understanding is life is mostly about taking calculated risks. If you can't do it, you should not blame fate. Sure fate plays a role. But it can be overcome.
