The sun is so much that you can do a lot of things there.  Buy vast swathes of inhabitable deserts. It will be available for very low prices. Use my methods to make it habitable. The sun is plenty.  Water can be pumped from sea and desalinated. Cost effective techniques have been developed. There is so much almost free solar power in deserts.  Vertical farming uses very little water so that is not going to be a big concern.  Solar panels to be used as roofs and energy source. This will help some in keeping things cool as a lot of the sunlight will be absorbed or reflected. Rest insulation and some air conditioning.  Total cyclical economy as usual.  But why will anyone want to live there? Makes exploration of things such as oil much cheaper. All short positions in tech companies should be evaluated. Maybe some people are stuck in short positions and are now manipulating everyone. So when tech companies fall, they reap the rewards or at least don't go bankrupt.  Mechazilla doesn't seem an unreasonable unit. Buy an island and develop it.  Use my vertical farming innovations to grow food and other supplies. Redistribution of lighting, biogas, and mushrooms. Other innovations are minor but useful.  Use renewables (solar, wind, biogas, ocean) for power and other energy requirements.  Tidal and ocean wave energy should be plenty. You can also use dimethyl ether or methanol.  Water distillation using solar stills and vapor compressors. Then rent or sell end to end managed cottages. You supply/manage everything. Absolutely no way to work in hacked temperature meter scenario. I cannot trust it's readings. It will require a lot of calculations to arrive at the right heat equations and estimate temperature inside the kiln. Without all this, I have to rely on the temperature meter.  Temperature meter reduces my budget. Else will need to hire someone to do all the calculations.  The temperature turns back from 592. 59 is game number. Anyways with charcoal burning inside, the temperature should increase more.
