Bajaj Charging Exorbitant Rates

I got a call from Bajaj offering interest rates of 34 percent per annum. This may be more than RBI permissible limit. 

RBI should take a note of this. 

If the call was not from Bajaj, then this post should be read accordingly. I am forwarding a complaint to RBI.
