Moving Activated Carbon Work to Mountains

No support. Too much interference and harassment in my work. So moving it for now. Will look for a location other than Sahibganj. No point working here. Unless everything is exactly (each and every thing) met to my demands, I am not interested in working. 

Yeh jagah hi madarchod hai. Total bekar jagah hai sahibganj. Yahan kaam karke phayda nahi.  Tabhi saala itne saal mei develop nahi hua. Waise ka waisa hai. Shankar ko hire nahi karoonga. Aur hire kiya to I will be on him watching for any signs of unprofessionalism. And firing on spot. No laxity. Extra strict hoga uske saath sab. if he can handle it, then only he should think. Most definitely, he will be fired. Kyoonki koot ke pav paalne mei hi dikh jaate hain. Sahibganj ke bahar hi set karoonga waise to.  Madarchodo mere saath jabardasti karke kuch nahi milega. Mujhe koi pharak nahi padta. Bahut avenues hai mere paas. Mere ko apna khoon bina matlab nahi jalwana. Mere ko value create karne ka time chahiye. Mai yeh cheez tumhare jaise chutiyo ko nahi samjha sakta. Tum logo ko value nahi samajh aati. 

Main reason is worker unprofessionalism. Saala robots hi theek hai. Mechazilla hi theek hai. Itna unprofessionalism to nahi jhelna padega. At least peace of mind se kaam karega aadmi. I support mechazilla 100 percent. Bring robots. As much as possible. No stress. More efficient. Better quality of life. 

Yeh worker log ko samajh mei aata hai nahi ki kitna time aur energy lagana padta hai business mei. Unbeatable value aur edge create karne mei bahut headache hai. One can eat for years. Itne uncertainty mei kaam karna aasan nahi hai. Real value kya hoti hai kaun samjhayega chutiyo ko. Ek to chutiyo ko paalo aur uspe humpe hi sawar. 

Time to travel and relax for a week.  Have not visited north east. Go for a visit and explore setting up there. Will probably try to setup this thing there. Maybe will get a more friendly environment.
