Why Everything My Way?

Nobody has the entire picture. They make random decisions based on the limited amount of information they possess. Thats why I have to control everything. 

Anyone not conforming to the goals will be fired instantly. I have no patience left to tolerate the whims of other people. 

I dont want to do my way or highway but there isn't much choice left. For now, this is the policy.
