Not good experience with workers here. Workers will be brought from outside. Here workers will threaten you. No professionalism here. 

Most probably will not set any business here. Too many risks. Not a conducive  environment for doing business. High chances of incurring losses due to unprofessionalism.  

First off there is very limited availability of things. Most of the things need to be bought from outside. Secondly, there is little professionalism in labour and mistri group. Cannot rely on them. Have to be involved with them full time. No time left to create value. Or do other activities like selling. It is difficult to explain to people that there are a lot of activities involved apart from physical labour. And they will not work unsupervised. 

It is better to setup where there are more friendly conditions. Where people are more professional. Randi Mafia har jagah apni gaand marwayegi.
