Possibly threatened in my sleep that the work is being taken over by someone else. I wonder is it because I am not doing the physical work. 

Yes, you can take over the work. But you have to leave all the value added by me. You cannot use any of the value I have added. Not application specific preparation, potash (and vapor compression drying of potash), not washed ashes (glazing, liming material etc.), not flue gas activation (including biogas where CO2 is high, and oxygen killing trick), not self activation, not nitric acid, not wood vinegar, not the kiln design, not reactivation kits, not distilled water, not NaOH, not anything else (even charcoal from ashes). Then you are free to take over. BTW, these are not mentioned on net. Khud linking ki hai saari.
