Walter White is The Real Chutiya

Yeh randi se bada koi chutiya nahi hai duniya mei. If you encourage uneducated people, they will just spoil the work. They will keep challenging your decisions. They will not do the work properly. Why is it so hard to understand? 

E.g. till he believes that wood burning cannot be clean, he will not try it. Still insists that wood burning will cause smoke despite seeing contrary to it for so many days. 

The issue with activation kiln is that it needs extra air because the burn pipe is deep. Needs to be supplied with fan air. Else pyrolysis happens and white smoke happens. I demonstrated this even with LPG with pyrolysis gases from kiln and  multiple times with wood. There is still resistance to accepting it. I am left with no choice but force my point through other means. 

I will show him in the pyrolysis kiln where the rocket gets enough air and then warn him not to repeat this type of thing again. Will also show with activation kiln with enough air. Repeated such behaviour will cause firing. 

Why is this so difficult for stupid fucks like Walter white to understand? Work suffers because uneducated people are emboldened. 

New rule. Instant firing with any decision challenged. We will then meet in court. If my decision was wrong, then I will pay double wages for the laid off period and reinstate. If my decision was right, i will collect the same amount. This is the only way to settle the matter given continuous issues. Then only can productivity improve. 

I am the owner bitch. Get it. Everything is mine. 100 percent. Not 0.1 percent belongs to your unit. I still try to do right by the workers even when I don't need to. Because I am not insecure like you. It is when the work suffers because of these issues that I have to take a hardline .I am not your manager you whore. I am the owner, founder, and CEO bitch. Get this through your thick skull. 

Not a matter of ego. Work shouldn't suffer because of worker rights.
