Survival instinct and problems
We are born into a family, caste, religion, region, country. In these boundaries, we find safety, a sense of belonging, a purpose. But aren't these one of the fundamental reasons of many conflicts?. I suppose this is the way of the world, Perhaps we are hardwired to live this way. You have to take the good with the bad. But should we not pause to think if the bad outweighs the good. Or are the boundaries too deeply entrenched to allow us to think rationally. I believe if we approach the problem with an open mind, we can reduce a lot of conflicts and dedicate our energies towards more pressing problems.
Survival instinct, the very premise on which the world is moving forward is the root of all evil. It is a necessary evil, not very unlike friction.
