On Meditation
Will try to clear the air about meditation. There is too much garbage swirling out there. A reconciliation is important.
Work out your value system first. This will reduce your thoughts automatically. Thoughts will keep coming. Rationalise them. You will keep suffering. Keep rationalizing. Keep compartmentalizing. Just be. Then start meditation. Half of your work is already done. You don't really need meditation. You are meditation. Understand this. This will bear fruit in the long term.
